The NDIS is a Commonwealth-funded national scheme to support those living with disability to access support and services that help them live the life they choose.
Country Health Connect is a registered NDIS provider, offering a wide range of services for those who have an NDIS plan. Services range from individualised child and adult development programs with specialist allied health or nursing staff, to personal support and social activity programs for participants wanting to stay independent and active in their communities.
